If you need to cancel your reservation, please let us know as soon as possible. Refunds will be processed according to the following policy:
Cancellation 7 days before the tour: 100% refund
Cancellation 4–6 days before the tour: 70% refund
Cancellation 2–3 days before the tour: 50% refund
Cancellation 1 day before or on the day of the tour, or no-show: no refund
※ In case of cancellation due to natural disasters or force majeure, a full refund will be provided or you may reschedule the tour.
